Penelope was rescued from the streets by a Facebook post, which showed a bulging pregnant cat. Poor Penelope must have been in severe pain, as it was discovered her kittens had died in the birthing canal and her body was full of fluid.
Luckily she pulled through, which is honestly a miracle.
